Incomfish invests in real estate

May 9, 2008 - 7:00:00 AM The Investment Commerce Fisheries Corp (Incomfish) has announced that it will invest in three real estate projects.

The projects include Tan Thanh Industrial Zone, Linh Xuan real estate and a three-star hotel and trade centre.

Incomfish has contributed 42.6 billion dong to Saga Ltd Co.'s projects including a high-rise building in District 1, and spend another 66.24 billion dong to build a frozen seafood processing factory.

Last year, the corporation earned a net revenue of 326 billion dong and an after-tax profit of 21.15 billion dong.
