Hiep Phong Vietnam Ltd Co managed by Hiep Phong Hong Kong Group will start work on Our City urban area in Hai Thanh Ward, Hai Phong's Duong Kinh Dist on May 13.
Our City urban area is the first 100% foreign invested project in the city with total initial capital of US$85 million, built on a site of 43,46 hectares.
The project has a total space of 450,000 square metres including high class apartments, hotel rooms, luxury villas, three star hotels, trade centre and entertainment area.
