Construction on Vincom Plaza begins

May 13, 2008 - 7:00:00 AM Vincom Hai Phong Joint Stock Co (Vincom HP JSC) on May 10 started the construction on Vincom Plaza at No 4 Le Thanh Tong St, Hai Phong City's Ngo Quyen Dist with a total investment cost of 1.4 trillion dong.

The project has a total space of 137,465 square metres including 28,020 square metres of trade centre, 5,000 square metres of offices, 84,210 square metres of high class apartment and three basements with a total floor area of 20.235 square metres.

Vicom Plaza is built on a site of over 9,125 square metres.
