In July, Dubai based Kingdom hotel group will build and sell luxury apartments named Raffles Residences designed on the Non Nuoc beach of Da Nang central city. Notably, the estimated price of an apartment belonging to the project is up to US$1 million each.

The information was revealed yesterday in a press meeting held in Hanoi by CBRE real estate company.

As designed, Raffles Residence will comprise 138 luxury houses with an area of 71-187 square metres each and Raffles mannered resorts. But, the starting price of each house is US$285,000-US$1 million equalling to 4.5-16 billion dong.

By April 2010, the project will be put in use, aiming at customers that are wealthy businesses.
