The contract to manage Exotica Playa Resort was signed in HCM City on October 2 by Twenty First Century Joint Stock Co (coded C21) and Celadon International—the first international standardised real estate and tourism site management firm in Vietnam.

Accordingly, Celadon International will manage the C21 invested Mom Da Chim Resort & Spa with over 200 rooms in Lagi township, Binh Thuan southern central province. The resort has officially changed its name to Exotica Playa Resort (the four star brand name of Celadon International). Dang Hong An, deputy general director of C21 revealed that his company would invest additional 17 billion dong to increase utilities for the customers and prepare to pump another 70 billion dong to develop the resort for the second phase.

In return, Paul Stoll, general director of Celadon International also highly appreciated the tourism potential of Vietnam in general and expected that along with C21 it will help Binh Thuan become an attractive tourist destination. The firm plans to export Exotica Playa brand name overseas and then towards the Russian market. C21 Joint Stock Co has a chartered capital of 100 billion dong with over 120 members.
