CBRE Ltd Co reports that this is a good time for investors to build "service apartment" in HCM City. Almost all the service apartments built in the city are for renting.
CBRE states that these apartments are in high demand from the foreigners. By reducing, the price of house and land and an easy rental mode are preferential opportunities for building and renting apartment in HCM City
In 2008 -2012, 3.394 apartments will come in the market with a collective floor space of 340.000m2.
