$8.2b urban area put on market

Savills Vietnam Co yesterday in Hanoi signed an agreement to become the monopoly seller of Eco Park urban area (in Hung Yen province's Van Giang Dist) invested by Viet Hung Urban Investment and Development Joint Stock Co (Vihajco).

Accordingly, the first housing area of Eco Park will be marketed by this August, providing thousands of apartments and villas to Hanoi's real estate market.

The project covering nearly 500 hectares with a total investment capital of about $8.2 billion comprises of resident area, trade complex, 18-hole golf course, and other works, which is regarded as one of the largest urban areas in the northern in future.
