TDH carries out six large-scaled projects

On November 3, Thu Duc Housing Development Joint Stock Co (coded TDH) has announced implementing investment works for six large projects, detailed of which are as follows:

The first project is TDH-Phuoc Long residential quarter with total investment capital of 146 billion dong. At present, the company has already tried stamping piles, and worked with the consultancy agent for selecting the pile stamping methods. Thu Duc house developer invested 100% of capital for this project.

The high-class Centum Wealth apartment building is TDH's second project. The company contributed 51% of the total capital of US$60 million. This project is being designed at the moment.

TDH also invested in TDH-Binh Chieu residential quarter with contribution rate of 51% of 422 billion dong. This project is under designing works.

The company participated in the US$94.3 million Minh Khai Street-Hanoi project with the contribution rate of 14%. The project includes offices, trade centre, apartments and houses with gardens.

The fifth project is Hanoi-based Dong Mai Industrial Zone with total investment value of 1.265 trillion dong. In this project, TDH joined with 10% of capital contribution. The company is at present conducting the legal procedures to change the land-use purposes for the project.

Thu Duc Housing Development JSC also participated in project of Gia Kiem Industrial Zone, Thong Nhat-Dong Nai.
