Viglacera Urban and Infrastructure Investment Co has started construction work on building Tay Mo urban function zone project on a site of 8.5 hectares with a total investment of 870 billion dong.
The project is located in Tay Mo and Dai Mo communes, Tu Liem Dist in Hanoi.
The project will include 72 villas and 161 garden houses, two 22-story buildings with about 300 apartments along with kindergarten, office areas and trade centre areas, parking area and park.
As planned, the project is expected to finish after 24 months of construction.
