Laotian Ministry of Security and Vietnam Ministry of Public Security cooperated with Vietnam's BIM Group and Department of Logistics, Laotian Ministry of Security officially signed cooperation contract for building the five-star hotel complex in Vientiane, the capital of Laos.
The project includes a complex of five-star hotel, offices and apartments for lease and trade centre to be built under international standards on a site of 20,000 square metres. The project's total investment capital was estimated at $70 million.
It is expected that the first phase of the project will be completed in 2013. The project is considered as an important event to strengthen the special friendship relation between the two countries.
