Two construction firms co-build 17-storey apartment building in Hanoi

Vinaconex 6 Joint Stock Co (VC6) in conjunction with An Lac Investment JSC last month started work on 17-storey apartment building in Phung Khoang Village, Trung Van Commune, Tu Liem Dist, Hanoi.

In the cooperation deal of 28.97 billion dong, Vinaconex 6 plays as the constructor and An Lac Investment as the investor.

The building is designed to have total floor area of 28,764 square metres, expected to finish within 355 days from the starting day.
Last year VC6 earned 12 billion dong of profit including 3.1 billion dong of Q4, and gained the EPS of 3,714 dong.
