Property firms co-build 3-star hotel

Bong Sen Joint Stock Co will cooperate with Que Huong JSC to build the 500-room 3-star hotel in Dist 2, HCM City, Tran Kim Long, general director of Bong Sen said in a statement.

We believe that the 3-star hotel market is performing the sustainable development along with the good locations in Dist 2 whereby hotel business will face better conditions to grow in the future, he expected.

Bong Sen JSC now has 310 three and four star hotel rooms such as Palace Hotel, Bong Sen, restaurants of Brodard and Givral. Que Huong JSC owns some hotels namely Que Huong, Van Canh, A Dong.
In 2009, both partners cooperated to set up Hotel Consulting and Management Joint Stock in line with Benchmark standard.
