Property investment firm to start new projects in 2010

Vietnam Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Co (STC coded VNI) will start work on two apartment buildings namely Vinaland Tower and Saigon South Centre in HCM City's Dist 7, according to the chair Tran Minh Hoang.

The first building has total area of 6,000 sqm and second 12,000 sqm.

Ground clearance phase of these projects was finished and the company is completing design to ask license.
