PVI Invest gains revenue mainly from real estate sector

Up to November 30, 2009, PVI Investment and Development Joint Stock Co (PVI Invest) reported to achieve 156.78 billion dong of revenue, and 14.44 billion dong of pre-tax profit, in which revenue from trading real estates counted for 62.56 billion dong, from financial investment and services of 22.2 billion dong and from other activities of 68.91 billion dong.

Recently, the company has signed a cooperation contract with Investment & Construction Joint Stock Co No 1 for establishing PVI Insurance Services Co Ltd with major scopes of business of providing services of repairing, maintenance and trading car spare parts.

Previously, PVI Invest signed the contract for transferring the land use rights of land plots in C1, Lan Be urban area, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh province with total construction flooring area of 37,774 square metres to Vinaminco Group Joint Stock Co.
