An Giang Real Estate Joint Stock Company (ARES) has recently kicked off work for a major project in Mekong Delta An Giang Province which covers 100 ha of land.

This Chau Doc Festive Town Project requires around 1.5 trillion dong to complete infrastructure, including roads, power and water supply and water drainage by the end of the year.

The Taiwanese group EMHI and its local partner Vinh An Investment, Development and Trading Co. began building more than 300 houses in the Chau Doc Festive Town project.

Construction is expected for an international university by an Australian investor, and a petrol station, together with a four-star hotel by the joint stock firm AAA-Vinamotor by the end of this quarter
