Khang Dien housing trader to up holding in Khu Dong realty firm

Khang Dien Housing Trading and Investment Joint Stock Co (coded KDH) has recently announced to increase its holding in Khu Dong Real Estate Trade and Investment Joint Stock Co from 35% to 54.5% stake, equalling to 87.2 billion dong.

According to KDH, till February 24, 2009, KDH’s holding into Khu Dong Co was 35% stake or 56 billion dong.

Till February 26, 2010, KHD’s holding increased to 54.5% or 87.2 billion dong.

The Khu Dong Co with a chartered capital of 160 billion dong specialises in real estate sector, housing construction and road construction.
