Vinaconex Tourism Investment and Development Joint Stock Co (Vinaconex-ITC) has sent an open letter concerning Cai Gia-Cat Ba tourism area project to domestic and foreign investors.
The project is designed in Cai Gia Bay, Cat Ba Island of Hai Phong City by US Group 70 PAcmar Inc and Vinaconex R&D, which is a complex of beach resort and forest, covering 171.57 hectares. It is estimated to cost US$1 billion.
