VICS invests in Hanoi ICT Tower project

Vietnam Commerce and Industry Securities JSC (VICS coded VIG) officially owned 30 percent of investment capital of Hanoi ICT Tower project at Land Lot E9, opposite National Conference Centre, Pham Hung St, Hanoi.

The project covering 3,871 sqm has total estimated cost of 600 billion dong.

The work will be started in Q3 of 2010 and finished in 2012.
VICS will raise its charter capital to 450 billion dong in this month to launch the issue underwriting specification, boost investment and cooperation with big partners like Vinachem, Vinapaco, Vinafood 1, Thanglong Invest Group and TCT Gold Agribank (AJC).

VISC decided to pay 2009 dividend of 7.5 percent in cash.
