Cotec Construction Joint Stock Co (coded CTD) announced to officially start construction works on the Indochina Plaza Hanoi project at No 239 Xuan Thuy St, Cau Giay Dist, Hanoi City on March 13, 2010.
The Indochina Plaza Hanoi is located in a site of about 16,600 square metres, including 2 basements and three towers of 36 storeys, 31 storeys and 16 storeys.
The total flooring area was 120,000 square metres. The construction work is supposed to be finished within 290 days.
The project's main investor is Hanoi Residential & Commercial Centre Ltd
