Vinaconex 1 disburses 320b dong in complex of high-class apartments

The Construction Joint Stock Co No 1 (Vinaconex 1 - coded VC1) announced to finish constructing the underground parts of the Vinaconex 1 high-class office and apartment complex with total construction value of 320 billion dong.

At present, the company has already completed the basement 2 and 50 percent of construction works for basement 1. With the current speed, the total construction works for the underground parts of the project will have been finished by September 2010. The company expected to hand over the whole project in mid 2012.

In mid August, Vinaconex 1 also kicked off the construction project of the head office of Vietcombank - Bac Ninh branch. The construction site was located in an area of 13,677 square metres in Bac Ninh City. The new head office is a 10-storey building plus one basement, with total area of about 8,000 square metres. The construction was expected to last for 711 days.
