Tay Mo-Dai Mo new urban area to be built on 280 hectares

Hanoi Department of Planning and Architecture and Tu Liem Dist People's Committee lately announced to introduce to public and hand over the general map with detailed ratio of 1/2,000 adjusting the Southwest Hanoi University urban area into Tay Mo-Dai Mo new urban area for the local functional authorities and the investor of Vinaconex-Viettel Co.

The Tay Mo-Dai Mo new urban area is sited in an area of 281 hectares in the southwest of the capital city.

On July 3, the prime minister issued the document approving the project in principle and assigning the Hanoi City People's Committee to make the detailed construction on an urban area in two communes of Tay Mo and Dai Mo, Tu Liem Dist.

This is the important legal basic for the city's governance to issue the decision No 3987/QD-UBND dated August 16, 2010 to approve for adjusting the general plan with detailed ratio of 1/2,000 Southwest Hanoi University urban area into Tay Mo-Dai Mo new urban area.
