BOC HK will issue $1.6b of 10-year 5.55pct notes

BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Ltd. said it has reached a purchase agreement with the lead managers of its bond sale to issue $1.6 billion of 10-year 5.55 percent notes, offered at 99.591 percent of their principal amount.
