Director board of STC listed firm PetroVietnam Well Service and Drilling Joint Stock Co (PVD) on August 25 issued Resolution No 02/Aug/2008/NQ-HDQT announcing that will be merged into the parent company PVD.
51% stake of PVD Invest now is held by PVD.
