Petra Energy gets RM200m credit facility

PETRA Energy Bhd, an integrated oil and gas brown field services provider, has received a RM200 million credit facility to finance its working capital.

About RM170 million will be used to finance the group's vessels while the rest is to fund its contract with Sarawak Shell Bhd and Sabah Shell Petroleum Company Ltd

OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Bhd and Affin Investment Bank Bhd are the lenders and lead arrangers for the facilities.
