Asian Mineral Resources Limited (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ASN) announced today that it has completed the previously announced sale of 11,718,637 shares for gross proceeds of $1,054,677. The shares are subject to a hold period of four months, expiring on October 31, 2009.
