Dong Tien firm to pay dividend

Jul 24, 2008 - 7:00:00 AM The State Securities Commission (SSC) recently issued a Dispatch No 1456/UBCK-QLPH approving the Dong Tien Joint Stock Co to offer shares for dividend payment.

Under it, the company has to carry out the share issue in accordance with the resolution of shareholders' meeting. The company must fix the date to close the shareholders list and publicise information minimum 10 days before the share issue.

In addition, the share issuer has to report the share issuance's result to SSC within 10 days after finishing the share issue.
