Construction and Material Trading JSC to list on STC from July 28

Jul 24, 2008 - 7:00:00 AM Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (STC) announced that it would put eight million CNT coded shares of Construction and Material Trading Joint Stock Co (C&T) into transactions on the southern bourse from July 28 and the valid listing day is July 9, 2008.

The comparative price of CNT in the first trading session is fixed at 45,000 dong per share with the price amplitude of 20%.

With the chartered capital of eight billion dong, C&T specialises in construction, work construction investment, trading construction materials and domestic commodities.

In Jan-March, C&T reported earning 623.9 billion dong in net revenue from sales and service provision, 6.33 billion dong in after-tax profit and EPS of 797 dong.
