Long An food processor to pay dividend

Jul 25, 2008 - 7:00:00 AM Long An Food Processing Export Import Co (Lafooco-coded LAF) recently announced that it would pay at 6% dividend in cash for the first phase of this year on August 25.

The registration deadline to receive dividend is on August 4.

For the year's target, the company is striving to reach US$44.14 million from export and import turnover, of which, export turnover could be US$35.5 million, 25 billion dong in profit and a 12% dividend.

At the same time, the processor also plans to issue 4,585,373 more shares to hike its chartered capital including 7% for dividend payment.
