Hoa Tho garment and textile firm to offer shares

Aug 7, 2008 - 7:00:00 AM The State Securities Commission (SSC) on August 5 issued a Document No 1580/UBCK-QLPH approving in principle the Hoa Tho Garment and Textile Joint Stock Co to offer shares to the public.

However, in order to carry out the share issue, the company was asked to submit the fiscal reports in the first half of the year and publicise the information within seven days in three consecutive editions of one E-newspaper or printing newspaper.

In addition, the company has to report the share issuance's result to SSC within 10 days after finishing the share issue.
