Lidovit to offer shares

Aug 8, 2008 - 7:00:00 AM The State Securities Commission (SSC) recently issued a Dispatch No 1588/UBCK-QLPH approving in principle the Lidovit Commerce and Industry Joint Stock Co to offer shares to the public.

However, the company was asked to complete its new chartered capital, adjust the initial price, finish the strategic partner list and update figures for the company's H1 fiscal report.

In addition, Lidovit has to report the result of the share issuance to the SSC within 10 days after finishing the share issue.
