Luong Tai Construction Investment JSC announces buyback of fund shares

Aug 28, 2008 - 7:00:00 AM Luong Tai Construction Investment Joint Stock Co (coded LUT) on Monday announced that it will assign Sacombank Securities Co to buy back 200,000 LUT coded shares from September 5 to December 5, 2008 to make fund shares under the methods of matching order or negotiation.

The capital used to buy back fund shares is sourced from the company's development investment fund and unallocated after-tax profit calculated up to June 30, 2008.
