Construction and materials trading firm to offer shares

Aug 28, 2008 - 7:00:00 AM The State Securities Commission (SSC) on August 25 approved Material Trading and Construction Joint Stock Co (coded CMC) with a chartered capital of 10.3 billion dong to offer 526,200 ordinary shares at 10,000 dong par to the public under the consultancy of Alpha Securities Joint Stock Co.

Of which, 201,850 shares will be offered to the existing shareholders, 51,500 shares to the company's employees and 272,850 remaining shares to its strategic partners and potential customers.

The allocation duration will be within 90 days from receiving the license.
