Taya Vietnam electric wire and cable firm to list 264,835 shares on STC

Aug 28, 2008 - 7:00:00 AM Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (STC) recently announced that 264,835 additional shares at 10,000 dong par of Taya Vietnam Electric Wire and Cable Joint Stock Co (coded TYA) will be officially traded on the southern bourse on September 3.

These shares are offered for 2007 dividend payment at 5%.

According to the business report, in July, TYA gained 148.001 billion dong in net revenue and 14.264 billion dong from after tax profit, bringing the total figures during the first seven months of the year to 846.582 billion dong and 51.256 billion dong respectively.

This year, TYA targets to reach 1.476 trillion dong in net revenue, 54.131 billion dong from pre tax profit and 51.578 billion dong from after tax profit.

Ending the trading session on August 26, TYA-coded closed at 17,100 dong per share, increasing 800 dong or 4.91% from previous session with 4,500 shares being traded.
