Vietnam Mechanisation Electrification and Construction JSC to offer shares

Sep 6, 2008 - 7:00:00 AM The State Securities Commission (SSC) on September 3 licensed Vietnam Mechanisation Electrification and Construction Joint Stock Co-Meco with a chartered capital of 66 billion dong to offer 10.2 million ordinary shares at 10,000 dong par to the public.

Of which, 6.6 million shares will be offered to the existing shareholders and the remaining 3.6 million allocated to the strategic partners.

The company must carry out the share issuance under the consultancy of Alpha Securities Joint Stock Co within 90 days as from receiving the license.
