MT Gas firm to list 8m shares on STC

Sep 6, 2008 - 7:00:00 AM Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (STC) recently announced receiving enough application from MT Gas Joint Stock Co to list eight million ordinary shares at 10,000 dong par on the southern bourse under the consultancy of Hai Phong Securities Joint Stock Co's HCM City branch.

Formed in 2001, Long An-based company now with a chartered capital of 80 billion dong made a migration from limited company model to joint stock company model last year with a chartered capital of 50 billion dong at that time.

During the first half of the year, the company gained 74.152 billion dong in net revenue from sales and service provision, 1.782 billion dong in after tax profit and an EPS of 223 dong.
