Three firms to auction shares

Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (STC) is calling securities companies to be auction agents for three forthcoming share auctions of Minh Hai Housing Development Co, February 3 Investment and Construction JSC, and Can Tho Foodstuff Production Export and Import JSC.

In particular, Minh Hai Housing Development Co with a chartered capital of 70 billion dong will auction 4.8 million shares at the starting price of 10,000 dong par on October 6, 2008.

February 3 Investment and Construction JSC (112 billion dong) will auction 5.5 million shares with the initial price of 10,200 dong each.

Can Tho Foodstuff Production Export and Import JSC (69 billion dong) will auction over 3.15 million shares of Foodstuff Facility and Duyen Hai Food Processing Facility at the starting price of 10,100 dong per share.

In addition, by the end of this month, STC will organise share auctions for Irrigation Construction Corp 4 and Pymepharco.
