Tan Dai Hung plastic producer to list extra 10.146m shares on STC

Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (STC) on September 30 approved the Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Co (coded TPC) to list additional 10.146 million ordinary shares at 10,000 dong par worth 101.460 billion dong on the southern bourse.

These shares were issued to pay dividend to the existing shareholders at the ration of 1:1 (shareholder holding one share will receive one bonus share)

In the second quarter of the year, TPC made a revenue from sales and service provision of 88.265 billion dong, up 23.3% or 16.678 billion dong yoy, and 3.586 billion dong in after tax profit, bringing the total corresponding figures during the first half to 166.719 billion dong, rising 20.55% or 28.424 billion dong from last year and 5.734 billion dong, down 1.53% or 89 million dong against 2007.

Ending the trading session on September 30, TPC-coded shares were traded at 11,000 dong per share, down 500 dong per share with the trading volume of 19,180 shares.
