Cadovimex to list 8m shares on STC

The Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (STC) on October 1 approved the Cadovimex Seafood Export Import and Processing Joint Stock Co (coded CAD) to list eight million ordinary shares at 10,000 dong par on the southern bourse under the consultancy of Eastern Asia Bank Securities Co.
Ca Mau-headquartered Co with a chartered capital of 80 billion dong specialises in processing and trading agri-forestry products and export and import activities of materials, equipments and machines.
In the first quarter of the year, CAD obtained 165.71 billion dong in revenue from sales and service provision, fulfilling 13.81% of the year's target and 475 million dong in after tax profit, equalling to 1.58% of the year's plan.
