Sacombank buys 102,320 COM-coded shares

Comeco Petroleum Materials Joint Stock Co (coded COM) recently announced that its shareholder, Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank-STB) finished a purchase of 102,320 COM-coded shares from August 14 to September 30, bringing the holding to 7.23% stake or 622.850 shares.
In Jan-Aug, COM obtained nearly 2.09 trillion dong in revenue, up 57.32% y-o-y and achieving 81.85% of the year's target and 13.2 billion dong in after tax profit, rising 59.44% against 2007 and equalling to 82.75% of the year's plan and EPS of 1,533 dong.
This year, COM targets to earn 2.55 trillion dong in revenue, 16 billion dong in after tax profit and 12% dividend payment. After the trading session on October 2, COM-coded shares were traded at 35,400 dong per share, up 300 dong or 0.85% from previous session with the trading volume of 11,040 shares.
