Toan Thinh Phat JSC to pay 10% dividend in shares

Oct 7, 2008 - 7:00:00 AM HCM City-headquartered Toan Thinh Phat Construction Architecture and Investment Joint Stock Co have decided to pay 10% dividend in shares on October 13, equalling to 173,983 shares by the State Securities Commission (SSC). In addition, the company would issue 26,017 shares to its employees to hike chartered capital from 180 billion dong to 200 billion dong.
