State Capital Investment Corp (SCIC) recently announced that it would auction the state's holding of 2,500 ordinary shares at 100,000 dong par in Thanh Hoa Seed Joint Stock Co on December 19.
The initial price is at 130,000 dong per share.
Thanh Hoa province's company has a chartered capital of over 5.402 billion dong.
The time to register and deposit is from December 5 to 12 at SeABank Securities Joint Stock Co located at No 16 Lang Ha St, Hanoi's Ba Dinh Dist and Thanh Hoa Seed Joint Stock Co located at No 66 Ba Trieu St, Dien Bien ward, Thanh Hoa City in the northern province of Thanh Hoa.
