State Capital Investment Corp (SCIC) recently announced that it would auction the state's holding of 3,090 ordinary shares at 100,000 dong par in Hai Duong Rural Development and Dyke Embankment Joint Stock Co on December 15.
The initial price is at 140,000 dong per share.
Hai Duong province-located company has a chartered capital of 2.4 billion dong.
The time to register and deposit is from November 21 to December 10 at Vincom Securities Joint Stock Co located on fourth floor at Vincom Building, at No 191 Ba Trieu St, Hanoi and Hai Duong Rural Development and Dyke Embankment Joint Stock Co located at No 1 Thanh Nien St, Tran Hung Dao, Hai Duong City in the northern province of Hai Duong.
