Vinafco Joint Stock Co (coded VFC) has announced to pay 2008 dividend in cash at the rate of 4 percent over the par value or 400 dong per share.
The Securities Depository Centre informed that the registration deadline for the company's existing shareholders to receive 2008 dividend would be July 9.
For depository shares, the shareholders have to come to the company where they open their account to receive the payment.
For the non deposited shares or shares not in depository, the shareowners would receive the 2008 dividend at VINAFCO's department of finance and accounting.
The securities depository centre would cease to receiving VFC shares on July 08, 09 and 10.
