Vinaconex 6 closes list of shareholders for dividend payment on January 22

Construction Joint Stock Co No 6 (Vinaconex 6 – coded VC6) announced that January 22 would be the registration deadline to close shareholders list for paying 2009 dividend and offering additional shares.

In details, the company would advance 2009 dividend for existing shareholders at ratio of 15 percent in cash or 1,500 dong per share. The payment date is expected at February 10, 2010.

In addition, VC6 would offer 1 million additional shares for current shareholders with ratio of 4:1 or each shareholder who owns four old shares can purchase one new share at price of 10,000 dong per share.

The shareholders can transfer the buying warrants to others at negotiation price once within the period of February 10 to March 13.
The shareholders can register and make payment for purchasing newly issued shares from February 10 to March 16.
