VGS to list 25m additional shares

Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has said that Vietnam-Germany Steel Pipe Joint Stock Co (VG Pipe-coded VGS) will list 25 million additional shares worth 250 billion dong on the northern bourse from January 12.

Thus, total volume of VGS-coded shares being listed on HNX will be 37,599,710 shares valued at over 375.99 billion dong, equalling to the company's new chartered capital.

Of which, VGS auctioned 8,254,290 shares to the public in last October with the average winning price of 17,529 dong per share and 16,745,710 shares being issued to sell to the company's existing shareholders at the ratio of 1:1 in last November.
