Chairman of State Securities Commission has issued Decision No 85/QD-UBCK approving for Kenanga Vietnam Securities Co to open its new branch in HCM City.
The company’s new branch has main business lines such as providing services of stock brokerage, stock investment consultancy. At the same time, the State Securities Commission also issued business registration licence for the branch for offering securities depository services for domestic and foreign investors, and participating in specific services of stock registration, depository and payment at the Vietnam Securities Depository Centre (VSD).
