State Securities Commission (SSC) yesterday issued Official Letter No 450/UBCK-QLKD ordering securities companies to close all order receiving agents before April 10.
Pursuant to Clause 2 Decision No 126/2008/QD-BTC, securities brokerages that established the order receiving agents will have to stop operation of these agents within one year from the validity date of December 2008.
