PV Gas South to auction 5.7m shares to lift capital |

The northern bourse-listed PetroVietnarn Southern Gas Co has decided to issue 6.5 million new shares, in an effort to raise capital. The company will sell 5.75 million to the public at a minimum of 25,000 per share and investors can register to buy a minimum of 100 shares.
The remaining 750,000 shares will be offered to current employees at 10,000 dong per share. The date for the issuance will be announced soon.
After the issue, the company's charter capital is expected to increase from 150 billion dong (US$7.9 million) to 215 billion dong ($11.3 million).
