Ninh Van Bay holds 51pct of Ana Mandara Ninh Binh resort

After a long time of technical support, on February 8, 2010, Ninh Van Bay Tourism and Real Estate Joint Stock Co (Ninh Van Bay) reached an agreement of holding 51% of total shares for project of high-class Ana Mandara Ninh Binh resort with its partner of Tan Phu Tourism Joint Stock Co.

The project’s total investment capital was posted at 76 billion dong, equal to 7.6 million shares of Tan Phu Joint Stock Co.
The Ana Mandara Ninh Binh Resort project includes 51 villas and 170 rooms with total area of 16.2 hectares to be sited in Gia Van Commune, Gia Vien Dist, Ninh Binh province.

In late December 2009, Ninh Van Bay submitted application profile for listing shares on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (STC) under the share code of NVT.
