Director board of Vinapearlland (STC coded VPL) decided to transfer its 7.8 million shares in Vinpearl Hoi An Tourism Investment Joint Stock Co to other individuals.
In particular, the share volume set for the transference reaches 78 billion dong on par, accounting for 26% of chartered capital of Vinpearl Hoi An. After finishing transference, VPL's holding size in Vinpearl Hoi An will be reduced to nine million shares or 30%.
